Simona je goreča zagovornica reka, da je smeh pol zdravja. V govoru nam razkrije, kako lahko smeh deluje terapevtsko tudi v žalostnih in težkih trenutkih. The co-founder of the International laughter institute says that laughter has followed her since birth and especially since surviving a car accident in which a car landed on her. One day she watched the movie Patch Adams and found her calling. She went to Switzerland where she was trained as a laughter yoga teacher. She then co-founded the institute with her friend Igor and got a Master's degree at the Faculty of Health Sciences with a dissertation proving that laughter can be therapeutic. The Congress Laughter: Complementary Therapy, which she co-organized, was a turning point and attracted attention in Slovenia, as well as abroad. Laughter is a gift which can bring us relief even in the hardest of times. Simona's calling is to bring laughter to all social spheres and in the lives of everyone. This talk was given at a TEDx Ljubljana event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
